Finance Director
Leads financial planning, budgeting, risk control and resource management. He supports sound decision-making, financial discipline and responsible growth across the company’s agricultural investment and operational activities.
Human Resource Director
Leads people management, staff development, workplace culture and organizational effectiveness. He supports a motivated, accountable and values-driven team capable of delivering the company’s mission.
Business Development Director
Identifies new business opportunities, develops viable agribusiness models and supports market expansion. He leads commercial partnerships and growth initiatives that strengthen KAWENALD’s competitiveness.
Quality Product Development Director
Leads stakeholder engagement and builds productive relationships with farmers, investors, institutions and development partners. He supports long-term collaborations aligned with the company’s mission and sustainability goals.
